Soldier presumed dead returns home

Japanese soldier returns home from World War II

You couldn't make this stuff up, a Japanese soldier makes his return home from World War II after spending over 60 years living on the island where the Imperial Guard sent him to do his duty. Immediately after the war Japan's government was, in a way, falling apart. So this guy was forgotten and then he waits 60 years before he decides he's going to do something about it. The report says there may be 400 other soldiers just like him. Whatever happened to "leave no man behind?" Guess that's just us.
